Shipping policy
At MALLEXPO we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. We have been serving customers across the United States for over 29 years and we understand how important it is to receive your products on time and in perfect condition. This page covers everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders are shipped from within the USA ensuring fast and reliable delivery to your door.
Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed and a second notification with your tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders — check our homepage for current offers.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status directly on the carrier's website.
If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order please contact us at support@mallexpo.com and we will look into it right away.
Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted and reliable US shipping carriers to deliver your orders. The carrier used for your order will depend on your location, the size of your order, and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely. However if your package arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit please contact us immediately at support@mallexpo.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged packaging or item.
We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Depending on the situation we will either send a replacement or issue a refund.
Please note that once a package has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier, MALLEXPO is not responsible for packages that are stolen or misplaced after delivery. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your package or that you have a secure delivery location.
Incorrect Address
Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. MALLEXPO is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered the wrong address please contact us immediately at support@mallexpo.com. If your order has not yet shipped we will do our best to update the address. Once an order has shipped we are unable to redirect it.
