30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We want you to shop with confidence knowing that if something is not right, we will take care of it.
To be eligible for a return your item must meet the following conditions:
Item must be in the same condition as received — unused and undamaged
Item must be in its original packaging with all accessories included
All tags and documentation must be intact
You must provide your receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return please contact our team at support@mallexpo.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and respond within 1 to 2 business days with full instructions on next steps.
Please do not send any items back before contacting our team first. Our support team will guide you through the entire return process step by step and provide you with all the information you need. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
We take great care to ensure every order is packed securely and shipped in perfect condition. However if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect please contact us immediately at support@mallexpo.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We will evaluate the issue promptly and work to make it right as quickly as possible — whether that means a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
We want you to have the right product for your needs. The fastest way to get what you want is to contact our team at support@mallexpo.com to initiate a return and once your return is accepted place a new order for the correct item. This ensures the fastest processing time and gets your new product to you as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If your refund is approved:
Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it please contact us at support@mallexpo.com and we will investigate immediately.
Shipping Costs
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error — such as a wrong item shipped or a defective product. In cases where we are at fault we will cover all return shipping costs.
